New charter project for DHL Express Europe

As of November 1st Icelandair Cargo is operating a charter flight from Leipzig, Germany, for DHL Express. DHL moved their headquarters to Leipzig last year and this flight is operated from Leipzig to various destinations within Europe. According to contract, one of five Boeing 757-200 in the Icelandair Cargo fleet will be operated on this route until next year.

This project is an addition to 3 other similar projects Icelandair Cargo is working on in cooperation with TNT Express across Europe.
