Vehicle transport

Icelandair Cargo can take care of the transportation of various vehicles such as cars, motorcycles, snowmobiles, ATVs and more. Like with other special cargo, we take extra care of the vehicle from acceptance to delivery. Vehicles are usually transported as standby cargo, meaning that other booked cargo has priority on the flight unless otherwise negotiated. Shippers can request a confirmed booking on a specific flight, which is more expensive than standby rates. Vehicles are only transported on our freighter aircrafts.
